Guardian
BREAKER PANELS
The Guardian series breaker panels are purpose-built for crypto mining. Power ranges from 400 amps to 1200 amps. If a larger capacity is required, see our Panel Guards for sizes from 1200A to 4000A.
Guardian breaker panels come with a switched fused main disconnect and 150 amp, 3 pole circuit breakers for the output feeders (branch circuit breakers that power PDUs, which power your miners).
All panels are rated for 208V, 240V, 415V, and 480V 3 Phase and are built to support the Crypto Minotaur or similar PDUs.
Guardian Breaker Panels are UL 891 Listed and service entrance rated.

Panel Guard Breaker Panels From 1200A to 4000A
Specifically built for crypto mining applications. Compatible with all Raptor Power PDUs.
Technology – 100% rated main and feeder breakers that are all electronic trip
- i. Lower cable size as no 1.25 multiplier is required for feeder cables (smaller cables)
- ii. Customers can also adjust their feeder trip point to match their PDU (Minotaur) current rating – and closely match their cable size (smaller cables)
- iii. Customers can electrically operate the main circuit breaker to turn on / off the switchboard (load shedding if utility requires)
- iv. No nuisance trips due to heat like thermal mag breakers have a tendency to do..
- v. AERMS – arc energy reduction maintenance switch ready as required by NEC 240.87 for locales that have adopted NEC 2020
Compact Size – 4000A Main & up to (30) 150A feeders in 90 x 60 x 36
- i. Less cost vs Eaton, Square D, etc (less copper, less steel)
- ii. Less floor space required
NEMA 3R or NEMA 1 Construction (Doors on NEMA 3R, doors off NEMA 1)
- i. Flexible – can be mounted inside or outside, the same unit
Direct bus connection to transformer (1200A to 4000A), can be hard or flexible bus.
